Day 36: December 25, 2010

CHRISTMAS DAY! Happy Birthday Jesus! This Christmas was a little different because my sister was at her boyfriends this morning...so we only looked at our stockings. went to my uncles fir the afternoon and dinner and then came home to open gifts. if you know my family there is usually always drama when we get together bit this year was drama free!

Today family and happiness make me happy!

Day 35: December 24, 2010

CHRISTMAS EVE!! I went to the mall with my dad, wrapped all my gifts...there weren't a lot so don't worry...and the went to church to help usher for both services!

Day 34: December 23, 2010

Today was another busy day. Worked from 10-4 at Amenity and then babysat from 4:30 till 11ish. It's nice to have these extra jobs...especially around the holiday season! It was nice to babysit for the family I watched because these are the kids i watched this past summer and who I will be watching this summer. I love the way kids don't care about anything...and they say what they want.

Today child innocence makes me happy!

Day 33: December 22, 2010

Today was a good but long day! I got to spend time with a great friend. Starbucks coffee date with her and her children and then some mall Christmas shopping. It was great spending time with her.

Today good friends and great fellowship make me happy!

Day 32; December 21, 2010

Today is the beginning of winter...and if definitely feels like winter! On top of that my parents are finally moving back into their house!

So today family and home make me happy!

Day 31: December 20, 2010

Today was the first day I really got to enjoy the fact that i'm on Christmas break. I slept in till 10 and then layed in bed most of the day. I'll ignore the fact that I wasn't feeling well and just enjoy the fact that I got to relax!

I love Sundays...i'll try not to make it a habit to say that every Sunday but I really do love them. And I really love them because I have a wonderful church! And advent season is always wonderful!

Day 29: December 18, 2010

Today was my second day at my new part time job. I'm not working part-time at Amenity Day Spa and love it! So today new friends, relaxing work environment and free massages make me happy :) Although I haven't had a free massage I'm looking forward to one!

Day 28: December 17, 2010

Today was my last day of this year!! I love working at a private school because now it's my turn to brag that i'm out. And I get two whole weeks :) Today Christmas break makes me happy!

Day 27: December 16, 2010

So I'm a few days behind...i had written down my daily like/happiness...but of course i can't find it...might have thrown it away!

So this time last year I was in Israel...and while everyone at home was enjoying the TONS of snow I was missing it. So today snow makes me happy. I wish I could say this was our first snow...but it snowed about a week ok...but this time it stayed...and school got out 2 hours early!!

Today life long friendships make me happy! Today is my best friend of 16years birthday! I'm so thankful that we've been friends for so ling and through thick and thin! Love you Joanna!

Today was the Christmas program for K4...so thankful that is finished! 3 more days until Christmas break!

Today I also got a part-time job! Praise the Lord for day spa's!

Today productivity makes me happy! Christmas programs, new jobs, laundry done, and in bed before 10:15! What a GREAT day!

Today is the start if our final week of school until Christmas break. Today working for a private school makes me happy! Looking forward to two full weeks off. I'm also happy because I have an interview tomorrow for a part time job!

It's Friday! That will always make me happy. I also got a Christmas bonus today so that takes a little bit of stress off of the holiday season! And now I'm sitting on my cough relaxin in my sweats so that definitely makes me happy! And the fact that I get to sleep in tomorrow really makes me happy.

Wednesdays are young life. Tonight it made me happy when I found out that the girls in my cabin at fall weekend who accepted Christ that weekend and who I love bunches have been digging in and really figuring out this whole life as a Christian thing! They are so encouraging!

Some days are just not very good. Today was one of those :(

But dont worry I did manage to find a good thing. Monday Night Football bowling league is one of my favorite parts of Monday. But what I really loved about today is that we bowled against the vacant team...so I'm home, ready for bed and will be in bed before 10:30! I love vacant teams :)

Day 16: December 5, 2010

I really love Sundays! Today was church and football as usual. BUT it was also the young life committee leader Christmas party. I got to enjoy good food, great fellowship, and lots of fun! White Elephant gift exchanges are my favorite! I love bringing a good gift but what makes it even better is when I get a good gift back. I somehow managed to steel the season 2 volume 4 glee cd. AND what was even better was that it was never stolen back from me :)

Mondays are definitely my least favorite day. Today has officially begun my countdown to winter break.

Today starbucks coffee makes me happy because it added a little sunshine to the day. And MNF bowling league is always a plus to the end of Monday!
